As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize diverse treatment modalities that best suit the client's needs, such as solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic, narrative, person-centered, interpersonal, attachment-based, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My top priority is to provide high-quality mental health care in a therapeutic and safe space, so that the client can learn, grow, heal, and achieve optimal mental health. My focus will always be on making each individual feel supported at every step of their journey. I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, family dynamics, trauma, life stressors, and relationships.
